Korey is a graduate from Oak Ridge High School and a recent alumni of Dawson Community College where he was awarded All Conference Academic Team both seasons as a left-handed pitcher. Korey graduated Dawson with an Associates of Science in Business. He then went on to receive baseball scholarships from multiple four-year programs. He decided to attend Southwestern Assemblies of God University where he finished his baseball career. Korey is now attending Sam Houston State University finishing up his studies pursuing a Bachelors degree in Sport Health and Wellness Management.
