FAVORITE BASEBALL PLAYER GROWING UP: Derek Jeter

David was born and raised in Austin, TX. He moved to the Atascocita area twelve years ago with his wife. His passion for baseball started from a young age and has continued as he teaches his three sons. He found a true passion for coaching after coaching T-ball. He enjoyed laying the foundation for young players and teaching them the fundamentals of the game. He has coached for the past 3 years starting with T-ball up to 8u select. He works to develop skilled players while creating a supportive environment. His focus is to ensure that every player is able to build the necessary skills and fundamentals while inspiring and motivating each player to reach new heights. He believes in developing a well rounded player through fundamentals and good sportsmanship. Through his approach, he lead his 6u league ball team to an undefeated season and Championship and his 8u select team to a runner up and 1st place Championship during their first season together.
