Houston Wildcatters’ First Annual Golf Tournament: A Swinging Success!
We are thrilled to share the highlights from the Houston Wildcatters’ first annual ‘Swing Fore the Fences’ golf tournament, presented by Truist. Held at the beautiful Wildcat Golf Club on Thursday, May 23, 2024, the event was a smashing success, thanks to the incredible participation and support from our community. We are thrilled to share the highlights from the Houston Wildcatters’ first annual ‘Swing Fore the Fences’ golf tournament, presented by Truist. With over 100 players, supporters, and volunteers in attendance, the day was filled with excitement, camaraderie, and a shared passion for youth baseball.
A Day to Remember
The day kicked off with a delicious breakfast taco bar, generously sponsored by Surface Roofing. Players and volunteers fueled up for the tournament, enjoying the early morning sunshine and perfect golfing weather. As the tournament progressed, participants were treated to a mouth-watering barbeque lunch, courtesy of Garage Total Sports Training.
Silent Auction Success
A highlight of the event was our silent auction, which raised significant funds for the Houston Wildcatters. The auction featured an array of fantastic items and experiences, and we are grateful to everyone who participated and contributed to this cause.
